Hiro didn't update 4chan code since 2019. Code is full of holes and outdated. Mods claim they had new equipment and were going to update everything "eventually" but never did anything. Even if they want to come back online it's going to take a lot of work. Will Hiro foot the bill for updates and upgrades? He just raised pass prices so probably realizes that 4chan is a money pit. For moot it was a passion project, for Hiro it's not.

Depends what language you speak. Most americans went to the sharty or maybe reddit or something. There's russian 2ch, some german chan, probably a brazilian chan too idk. There's really no english altchans anymore...
